CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Minister for Energy): I provide the following information: 1.	Items which contributed to the increase of $19.877 million between 2007-08 and 2008-09: drivers' licence fees (23 per cent) motor vehicle registration fees vehicle roadworthiness inspections boating fees boating facilities levy indentured ports revenue; and land services fees. 2.	There has been an increase in intra-government transfers due to the following: indentured Ports payment to Treasury previously classified as Dividend payment now classified as an intra-government transfer payments previously classified as grants and subsidies payments now classified as intra-government transfers; and intra-government funding payment made by Building Management Division to South Australian Government Employee Residential Properties to cover expenditure on their investing program for Roxby Downs.
