CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Minister for Energy): I provide the following information: The 2007-08 Estimated Result reflects two large one-off revenue items relating to: borrowings write-off of $67.1 million as a result of the rail specific assets transferred to the Minister for Transport; and a capital grant funding write-back of $9 million to revenue resulted from a transfer of deferred capital funding from TransAdelaide to the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.
