        <text id="2009042817fd8594443d4cca90000616">On 5 November 2008 the Government announced the new railcar maintenance facility would be established at Dry Creek adjacent to the Dry Creek Railway Station and the existing stabling facility at Lonsdale would be expanded.</text>
        <text id="2009042817fd8594443d4cca90000617">Construction is proposed to commence this year and the works will be funded from the allocation of $157 million approved for the project.</text>
