        <text id="2009032471b733427c9d4ff1b0000426">It is worth noting that of the above services, the Payroll and Accounts Payable functions were been transitioned to Shared Services SA in August 2008 and October 2008 respectively. Furthermore, a number of Financial Accounting responsibilities (namely the preparation of Year End Financial Statements) are being transferred back to the EPA from DEH during 2008-09 and as such, the MOU has been amended accordingly.</text>
