J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Minister for Environment and Conservation, Minister for Early Childhood Development, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, Minister Assisting the Premier in Cabinet Business and Public Sector Management): 1.	The previous Minister was advised that this variance was a result of a one off transaction. Following further investigation, I am advised that the $212,000 extra in income is a result of $100,000 in increased revenue receipts from Regulatory Fees, while the balance is the result of the Regulatory Fee revenue being assigned against the 'Other' revenue classification incorrectly. This correction did not increase the overall revenue for the program.
