          <by role="member" id="627">The SPEAKER:</by>  I think the member for Mitchell has sought leave to withdraw his motion to introduce the original bill. We cannot proceed with the bill that he has moved, because it is not on the <term>Notice Paper</term>. It would require a suspension of standing orders to move the bill that he has moved. With regard to the notice of motion that is on the <term>Notice Paper</term>, he can simply move to postpone it to another sitting day.</text>
