          <by role="member" id="634">The Hon. M.D. RANN (Ramsay—Premier, Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Social Inclusion, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change):</by>  I have been advised of the following:</text>
        <text id="2009021958ef76e6514d4e91b0000316">Section 7 the Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act 2007 outlines the requirement for two-yearly reports on the operations of the Act. According to Section 7 clause 4, the first report under this section must be completed and tabled in Parliament by the end of 2009.</text>
        <text id="2009021958ef76e6514d4e91b0000317">Preparations have already commenced within the Sustainability and Climate Change Division of the Department of Premier and Cabinet.</text>
