        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000684">Documentation to support the operations of the Trust thus far includes:</text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000685">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the Julia Farr Services Board resolution to resign and appoint the Minister for Disability as trustee ;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000686">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the gazettel notice of 28 June 2007 where the Governor dissolved Julia Farr Services;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000687">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the original Trust deed;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000688">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">the Supreme Court Trust variation scheme, which established current purposes of the Trust;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000689">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">relevant property titles;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000690">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">all physical assets are recorded on the asset register in accordance with the Department for Families and Communities accounting policies; all transactions pertaining to the Trust and separately recorded in the general ledger under Administered Items;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000691">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Crown Law advice regarding the powers of the Minister relating to which tasks can be delegated has been noted and acted on. The Department will prepare annually or otherwise, recommendations for the Minister for Disability as Trustee, pertaining to the use of Trust  assets and income consistent with the Terms of the Trust Deed.</item>

        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000692">As per advice from Crown Law, for 2007-08, recommendations were made to the Minister for Disability as Trustee, pertaining to the use of Trust assets and income consistent with the Terms of the Trust Deed.</text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000693">This is in addition to documentation accumulated during the extended history of the Trust.</text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000694">In relation to financial accounting and reporting, the Department Families and Communities has:</text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">created an interest bearing deposit account for the Trust with the Department of Treasury and Finance to record revenues received and expenses incurred within the Terms of the Trust;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000696">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">deposited all funds resulting from the sales of Trust property with the South Australian Government Financing Authority (SAFA) in an interest bearing account; • reconciled all transactions pertaining to the Trust and has recorded these transactions as part of Administered Items;</item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">prepared detailed working papers for the Auditor-General (2007-08) that support the financial transactions of the Trust; and</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000698">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">included the Trust in Administered Items in the statutory report for the Department of Families-and Communities.</item>
        </text>
        <text id="2009020370307db44b804fbbb0000699">Further, internal management reports are produced and reviewed on a monthly basis by Financial Accounting. The Minister for Disability will be provided with quarterly management reports on the operations of the Trust, and each year, a separate financial report on the operations of the Trust will be prepared for the Minister.</text>
