I would like to thank the Deputy Speaker, who is always extremely obliging. I try not to abandon her and leave her in the chair for overly long periods, but sometimes I do, and she is always far more cheerful about it than I have any right to expect, so I would like to thank her. I would also like to add my thanks to the Clerk, the Deputy Clerk and the Serjeant-at-Arms and the other table staff, who keep the place running. Finally, I would add my thanks to my assistant, Ms Mary Kasperski for the tremendous assistance which she gives to me.</text>
