          <text continued="true" id="200810299e9e70fb7c124f74b0001016">These amendments increase the penalty for the proposed offences of indecent filming and distribution of indecent film where the subject of the film is a minor. They reflect parliament's disapproval of the indecent filming of minors. In particular, I would like to say how pleased I am that the Parliament of South Australia prevailed against representations against this bill by Advertiser Newspapers and the ABC.</text>
