Clause 4, page 2, line 15 [clause 4, inserted section 23AA(1)]—Delete all words in this line and substitute: Maximum penalty: (a)	if the person filmed was a minor—$20,000 or imprisonment for 4 years; (b)	in any other case—$10,000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
