Can the Attorney-General guarantee that the Premier will have the support of the MPs from the Right faction of the ALP beyond the 2010 election? The Attorney-General is convenor of the right faction in the Labor caucus. On Saturday 18 October 2008, Senator Don Farrell, state powerbroker for the right faction, stated that the Premier had the support of the right until the 2010 election. No commitment was given by Senator Farrell beyond the 2010 election.</text>
