To date, how many South Australians have received the government's first home buyers grant that was announced as part of this year's budget? On 23 September, the Real Estate Institute stated that first home ownership has declined by 30 per cent in the past five years and that fewer than half of Adelaide's suburbs have the medium sales price eligible for the government's first home owners grant.
