            <by role="member" id="527">Mr HANNA: </by> Except for material from political parties. There are a few notable exceptions. Religious affiliation parties would be another exception. But for commercial purposes it would be an offence with a small penalty to put junk mail in the mailbox of those who have stickers saying, 'No junk mail'. That is all the bill is about. I cannot see why there is such a fuss. It is a popular idea in the community. I hope government members will be with me on this bill.</text>
