It is a simple proposition that there should not be junk mail in the boxes of those people who do not want it. That is all this is about. It imposes— The Hon. G.M. But for commercial purposes it would be an offence with a small penalty to put junk mail in the mailbox of those who have stickers saying, 'No junk mail'. That is all the bill is about.
