          <by role="member" id="532">The Hon. K.O. FOLEY (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Treasurer, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Federal/State Relations):</by>  The Minister for Regional Development has provided the following information: </text>
        <text id="200807037427e386aa6a403fa0000416">Over the eight year period ending June 07, twenty-eight Community Builders projects involving over 700 participants have been hosted by local councils, progress associations and Regional Development Boards around the State. Four programs are currently underway.</text>
        <text id="200807037427e386aa6a403fa0000417">Each successful applicant receives a project grant of $25,000.</text>
        <text id="200807037427e386aa6a403fa0000418">$122,000 is budgeted for the program annually.</text>
