        <text id="20080603831c4fd13b5f4301b0000296">The upgrade of Hammill House is in 3 construction stages. Stage 1 was completed in December 2006 and Stage 2 was completed in March 2007.</text>
        <text id="20080603831c4fd13b5f4301b0000297">Additional funding is required to complete Stage 3.</text>
        <text id="20080603831c4fd13b5f4301b0000298">Country Health SA has engaged a consultant to report on the work required to comply with the 2008 Federal Government standards.</text>
        <text id="20080603831c4fd13b5f4301b0000299">The provision of aged care beds is a Federal Government responsibility and the Department of Health has written to the Federal Government seeking ongoing recurrent funding for all residential aged care places currently funded by this State including those at Hammill House.</text>
