        <text id="200805084aa93f9f55224e2da0000448">1.&amp;#x9;Any payment received by the Walkerville Council from Holcon Australia is a matter between those parties.</text>
        <text id="200805084aa93f9f55224e2da0000449">2.&amp;#x9;The Minister and the department were aware that the Corporation of the City of Walkerville was endeavouring to assemble parcels of land to enable the Walkerville Town City Revitalisation Project. We were aware that the Corporation and the preferred developers Holcon Australia were discussing other land parcels to support the development.</text>
        <text id="200805084aa93f9f55224e2da0000450">The details of any discussion or agreements between the Walkerville Council and Holcon Australia are a matter for those parties.</text>
