House of Assembly Fifty-First Parliament, Second Session (51-2) 51 2 Parliament of South Australia House of Assembly published Bills Criminal Law Consolidation (Rape and Sexual Offences) Amendment Bill CRIMINAL LAW CONSOLIDATION (RAPE AND SEXUAL OFFENCES) AMENDMENT BILL Final Stages Final Stages The Legislative Council agreed to the bill with the amendments indicated by the following schedule, to which amendments the Legislative Council desires the concurrence of the House of Assembly: Clause 6, page 6, lines 41 to 42— Clause 6, inserted subsection (5a)(f)—Delete paragraph (f) and substitute: (f)	an employer of the child or other person who has the authority to determine significant aspects of the child's terms and conditions of employment or to terminate the child's employment (whether the child is being paid in respect of that employment or is working in a voluntary capacity). Clause 7, page 9, lines 1 to 2— Clause 7, inserted section 50(8)(f)—Delete paragraph (f) and substitute: (f)	an employer of the child or other person who has the authority to determine significant aspects of the child's terms and conditions of employment or to terminate the child's employment (whether the child is being paid in respect of that employment or is working in a voluntary capacity).
