            <inserted>That a message be sent to the Legislative Council requesting a conference be granted to this house; that the Legislative Council be informed that, in the event of a conference being agreed to, this house will be represented at such conference by five managers, and that the Hon. M.J. Atkinson, Ms  Ciccarello, Mr Hanna, Mr Rau, and Mrs Redmond be managers of the conference on the part of this house.</inserted>

I just want to make a comment about the Attorney's remark on the suspension of standing orders in which he indicated that he had acted in accordance with advice at all times. If that were the case, it surprises me that we then needed to suspend standing orders to progress this matter in the appropriate way. But that having been said, enough is enough, and hopefully we can get this matter to a deadlock conference as soon as possible and resolve it.</text>
