          <text continued="true" id="200802284a7925d201c44d3ea0000020">This is a companion bill that provides the technical mechanism to give effect to the earlier bill—that is, that it requires a referendum of the people of South Australia. I do not need to make an extensive speech in relation to that; it is consequential on the earlier bill. If that is adopted, then the matter has to go to the people. That is the way it is and the way it should be. I commend the bill to the house.</text>
