ATKINSON: As to amendment No. 16 proposed by the other place, I move: That the House of Assembly no longer insist on its disagreement to the amendment. Mr WILLIAMS House of Assembly Mr WILLIAMS: The one disappointment I have tonight is that the minister responsible for holding us back to this late hour because of his intransigence over this matter over many weeks is not here. I am disappointed that the minister is too embarrassed to show his face after the backflip that has been forced upon him to turn this into a piece of real legislation with real teeth to provide real benefits to the renewable energy sector. The opposition has been very pleased to support the amendments of the Greens in the other place to make this a piece of legislation with some real teeth.
