Sometimes it is quite difficult to understand the way in which the mind of the Leader of the Opposition works, but we do remember his absolutely slavish following of the writings of Sun Tzu and <term>The Art of War</term>.</text>

M.D. RANN: </by> Everyone would be well aware where the Minister for Tourism and Minister for the City of Adelaide stands because she announced her position publicly. She did something that is quite different from members opposite: she said what she means and means what she says. There is absolutely no inconsistency between what she said publicly earlier in the year and what she said in terms of her submission.</text>
