        <text id="20071016682153a8ab7c4579a0000407">Budget paper 3, page 2.13 to 2.15 provides details on the ‘additional resources for the upgrade of the states transport infrastructure'. These resources are additional to the amounts already provided in the forward estimates. The full amount is included in the expenditure figures provided in Budget paper 4, volume 2—page 6.27, subprogram 2.1 ‘Operating and Maintaining Roads'.</text>
        <text id="20071016682153a8ab7c4579a0000408">The additional $14.1 million over 4 years for road maintenance results in the total budgeted operating expenditure of over $400 million over 4 years for road maintenance.</text>
