CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Minister for Energy): I provide the following information: The department's 2006-07 long term borrowing of $102.282 million consists of: (a)	$21.522 million of finance lease liabilities predominately for Roma Mitchell House. (b)	Long term borrowings from the Treasurer for: Buses and depots Indenture ports West Lake revetments O-Bahn busway Government Employee Housing The department does not plan to repay the loan liability to the Treasurer over the next four years. The increase in long term borrowings arises from the transfer of pre-existing borrowings from the former DAIS business units to the department. This does not result in an increase to government's repayment of borrowings.
