          <by role="member" id="614">The Hon. J.M. RANKINE (Wright—Minister for Education and Child Development, Minister for Multicultural Affairs):</by>  I have been advised:</text>
        <text id="20131115ec052a0b9bf44c53b0000128">All preschools in South Australia, regardless of whether they provide lunch care or before and after kindergarten care, are regulated according to the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.</text>
        <text id="20131115ec052a0b9bf44c53b0000129">These regulations also apply to childcare, family day care and out of school hours care.</text>
        <text id="20131115ec052a0b9bf44c53b0000130">The regulatory authority is the Education and Early Childhood Services Registration and Standards Board of South Australia, an independent agency.</text>
