CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development): I have been advised: The Urban Renewal Authority has a net revenue of $5 million recorded in the forward estimates from 2013-14 onwards associated with redevelopment at Port Adelaide. This revenue was retained within the forward estimates on the expectation that a new redevelopment vehicle will be in place over these periods. The forward estimates will be revised once the new master planning and development model are completed and approved.
