          <by role="member" id="526">The Hon. P.F. CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development):</by>  I have been advised:</text>
        <text id="2012113025f6a74f7e4840dab0000049">The Urban Renewal Authority has a net revenue of $5 million recorded in the forward estimates from 2013-14 onwards associated with redevelopment at Port Adelaide. This revenue was retained within the forward estimates on the expectation that a new redevelopment vehicle will be in place over these periods.</text>
        <text id="2012113025f6a74f7e4840dab0000050">The forward estimates will be revised once the new master planning and development model are completed and approved.</text>
