          <by role="member" id="1802">The Hon. P. CAICA (Colton—Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation):</by>  I am advised:</text>
        <text id="20121130d7b2f69005904119b0000240">Staff employed to support the eight Natural Resources Management Boards, pursuant to the <term>Natural Resources Management Act 2004</term>, were transferred to the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources (DEWNR) on 1 July 2012, pursuant to section 9(1) of the <term>Public Sector Act 2009</term>. It is estimated that 339.64 FTEs were transferred.</text>
        <text id="20121130d7b2f69005904119b0000241">The 2012-13 Agency Statement does not include a revised FTE cap for 2012-13 to take into account the transfer of NRM Board staff to DEWNR, effective 1 July 2012 as outlined above.</text>
        <text id="20121130d7b2f69005904119b0000242">A budget adjustment will be made in September 2012, once the final costs of transferring the FTEs from the eight NRM Boards has been calculated. This will result in an adjustment to both the budget and the FTE cap relating to the regional integration of the eight NRM Boards.</text>
