        <text continued="true" id="20121130d61b3cf1d4964a04b0000210">The Coorong, Lower Lakes and Murray Mouth Program and the Lower Lakes Integrated Pipeline Program focussed on creating ecological resilience and mitigating critical environmental damage to the Coorong and Lower Lakes, and providing alternative water supply to the townships, communities and irrigators who draw water from the Lower Lakes, rather than generating water savings.</text>
