        <text id="2012062908ec833ca8474097b0000062">1.&amp;#x9;Both the department and I estimate a net benefit of $3.29 million per year to South Australian businesses. This is the combined effect of a net cost of $3.32 million per year, and a net benefit of $6.61 million per year.</text>
