        <text id="2012062996d96a81a65f4792a0000049">The savings relate to lower costs for the Department for Education and Child Development as a result of there being only one intake of children in the relevant preschool and reception year when compared to the current policy of a continuous intake throughout the year, and some children having more than one year in reception.</text>
