        <text id="201107087a13d4eb88524033a0000128">1.&amp;#x9;The funding received from the TAB and the Casino has gone to the Office of the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner (OLGC). OLGC also receives appropriation through the budget to fund its operations.</text>
        <text id="201107087a13d4eb88524033a0000129">2.&amp;#x9;There is no surplus of revenue over expenditure for the Gambling Regulatory Services program. With respect to the recovery of costs in relation to regulating the TAB and Casino, there has been no surplus of revenue over expenditure.</text>
