        <text id="20101015cef97f49e5944ebeb0000342">3.&amp;#x9;The number of DFEEST Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) surplus to requirements at 30 June 2010 was 66.4 at a total cost of approximately $4.4 million. Of these, around 34 FTEs were in funded positions either within DFEEST or other agencies.</text>
