        <text id="20101015bb46b41293794fdc80000019">To the end of October 2010, $15.741 million had been spent on South Road planning. This includes the South Road Superway project for which construction will commence in February 2011, and the Darlington Transport Study which is currently out for community consultation and nearing completion.</text>
