SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education, Minister for Science and Information Economy, Minister for Road Safety, Minister for Veterans' Affairs):  </by>The South Australian 2006 equivalent cost per hour figure is $17.11 and the 2009 figure is $14.20 (in 2009 dollar terms). This shows a 17 per cent fall.</text>
        <text id="201010156cc261265e7a477290000259">It should be noted, however, that in 2009 changes were made to the methodology for calculating the cost of VET and the scope of data used in this calculation.</text>
        <text id="201010156cc261265e7a477290000260">The 2006 equivalent cost per hour figures, in 2009 dollar terms, for the national average and the other states and territories, are not publicly available until late December 2010.</text>
