SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education, Minister for Science and Information Economy, Minister for Road Safety, Minister for Veterans' Affairs):  </by>The 49,000 square metre Thebarton Bioscience Precinct was purchased by Government at a cost of about $6 million, including demolition and remediation. All site works have been completed and the land is environmentally audited as suitable for commercial/industrial development.</text>
        <text id="20101015d66d4afb22e645cf90000246">The BioSA Business Incubator was completed in 2008 at a cost of $12.1 million. The building was fully leased to early stage biotech companies prior to completion and there is currently no vacant space in the building.</text>
        <text id="20101015d66d4afb22e645cf90000247">Two parcels of vacant land in the precinct, totalling 20,000 square metres, are available for sale. Subdivision by Community Title will ensure the land is only developed for 'commercial bioscience and associated industry facilitators.' No land has been sold to date.</text>
