Mr RAU Legislative Council Attorney-General Minister for Justice Minister for Tourism BUILDING COMMUNITIES DIVISION Mr RAU (Enfield—Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Tourism): I have received this advice: The Attorney-General's Department is currently undertaking a reorganisation exercise with a high-level design near finalisation. There is no intention to change the role or function of the Native Title Claim Resolution Unit. The planned redesign will see the Unit's administrative reporting line shift to the revised Building Communities Division. The Building Communities Division aggregates those areas across the Attorney-General's Department with a significant community focus. It is important to note that the Native Title Resolution Unit will continue to work closely with the Crown Solicitor's Office.
