        <text id="201010151b143840b9af44f380000140">The Attorney-General's Department is currently undertaking a reorganisation exercise with a high-level design near finalisation.</text>
        <text id="201010151b143840b9af44f380000141">There is no intention to change the role or function of the Native Title Claim Resolution Unit. The planned redesign will see the Unit's administrative reporting line shift to the revised Building Communities Division. The Building Communities Division aggregates those areas across the Attorney-General's Department with a significant community focus.</text>
        <text id="201010151b143840b9af44f380000142">It is important to note that the Native Title Resolution Unit will continue to work closely with the Crown Solicitor's Office.</text>
