WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Minister for Education, Minister for Early Childhood Development):  </by>I am advised that the two childcare centres of O'Halloran Hill and Panorama have a low rate of utilisation, and that the majority of users are not staff or students of the TAFEs.</text>

        <text id="20101015a3dd9141da7d42dd80000099">There are many other Long Day Care facilities within 5 kilometres of the two sites. I am advised that there are 31 Long Day Care Centres within 5 kilometres of the Panorama Child Care Centre and 20 Long Day Care Centres within 5 kilometres of the O'Halloran Hill Child Care Centre. A Children's Centre for Early Childhood Development and Parenting is also located nearby at Forbes Primary School, and a new Children's Centre is being constructed at Darlington.</text>
