J.D. LOMAX-SMITH (Adelaide—Minister for Education, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Minister for Tourism, Minister for the City of Adelaide): The Department of Education and Children's Services has provided the following information: Schools are required to report critical incidents. While the report is required to identify the school, the date of the incident and provide a brief description of the incident, the report does not necessarily identify student characteristics such as non-English speaking background, Aboriginality, special needs or the particular disability of a student.
