GAGO (Minister for State/Local Government Relations, Minister for the Status of Women, Minister for Consumer Affairs, Minister for Government Enterprises, Minister Assisting the Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Energy):</by>  I am advised: </text>
        <text id="200907033e95a5ed87ad43ee80000073">1.&amp;#x9;The nine year funding agreement for CWMS commenced on 1 July 2008 and continues until 30 June 2017. In 2009-2010, the State Government is providing $3.453 million in subsidy funding for the construction of new CWMS schemes across South Australia. Funding levels for subsequent years will be indexed to CPI.</text>
        <text id="200907033e95a5ed87ad43ee80000074">2.&amp;#x9;The current program for 2009-10 comprises:</text>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Completion of three current construction projects (American River, Gladstone and Springton);</item>
        </text>
        <text id="200907033e95a5ed87ad43ee80000076">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Continued construction of the Port Wakefield scheme;</item>
        </text>
        <text id="200907033e95a5ed87ad43ee80000077">
          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Scheduled commencement of construction of another 6 schemes, subject to availability of funds both from the Subsidy Fund and from the local authorities themselves (Beachport, Donovans, Tulka, Mallala, Two Wells and Mount Compass);</item>

          <item sublevel="1" bullet="true">Activities such as feasibility, preliminary design or more advanced pre-construction progression of another 13 schemes (Middleton, Stansbury, Port Vincent, Wirrabara, Cowell, Arno Bay, Inglewood/Houghton, Mylor, Summertown/Uraidla, Virginia/Paracombe/Angle Vale, Penneshaw, Auburn and Peterborough).</item>
