        <text id="200807044e342db1cd554623b0000372">Assessments of low acuity level 4 cases has been altered by SAAS. These low acuity cases are managed by SAAS patient transport services.</text>
        <text id="200807044e342db1cd554623b0000373">The change has no impact on billing or charges or clinical outcomes for the patients. High acuity RFDS cases will still receive an emergency ambulance crew as required and this will therefore not impact the clinical outcome for patients.</text>
