        <text id="20080704f67e6ea5cec44fc1b0000356">The statewide clinical networks were established to develop clinical leadership and plan for the future to ensure services are provided across the continuum of care.</text>
        <text id="20080704f67e6ea5cec44fc1b0000357">Advice from the clinical networks does not specifically focus on savings relating to procurement of goods and services, although some efficiencies may be released through the service plans developed.</text>
