HOLLOWAY (Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for Small Business):</by>  The approved outlaw motorcycle gang task force information technology system will involve several components. These will include the purchase of a commercial software product that supports the business requirements of the new legislation, upgrading infrastructure and enhancements to current SAPOL systems and developing essential interfacing capability between the new commercial software product and existing SAPOL computer systems.</text>
        <text id="20080704a9fe69d48db346b5b0000066">The investing capital costs for the four year period is $4.551 million. The project will take five years with investing capital costs of $5.181 million.</text>
        <text id="20080704a9fe69d48db346b5b0000067">The operating costs are for one civilian FTE to administer the system and for the purchase of IT equipment. The IT equipment includes servers, database licenses and software. The yearly breakdown is:</text>
