        <text id="201311155dd2e355c5794921b0000076">1.&amp;#x9;The Commissioner for Public Sector Employment collects a snapshot of the South Australian public sector annually through the Workforce Information Collection (WIC).</text>
        <text id="201311155dd2e355c5794921b0000077">2.&amp;#x9;The WIC provides historical trend data on the shape and size of the SA public sector. It does not calculate forward estimates on the make-up of the SA public sector.</text>
        <text id="201311155dd2e355c5794921b0000078">3.&amp;#x9;The table below shows the change in the breakdown of employees considered to be front-line services versus those in 'back office' roles. It outlines how between 2010 and 2012 there was an increase in front-line staff of 1,438 and a decrease of back office staff of 607.</text>
