WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts): I have been advised of the following: The Adelaide Festival Centre car park, along with the Festival Centre land and buildings, is leased by the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust from the Minister for the Arts. Over the past two years, gross income generated by the Adelaide Festival Centre from its car park has averaged $875,000 per annum. Up to 120 bays in the car park are allocated to members of parliament and Parliament House staff, and no revenue is generated from these bays.
