PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills, Minister for Science and Information Economy): I can advise: From 1 August 2013, a Critical Skills Fund qualification will attract a pro rata completion payment based on the proportion of the apprenticeship or traineeship undertaken with the non Group Training Organisation employer. The estimated cost of extending the Critical Skills Fund to include Group Training Organisations would be around $1.2 million per year, in addition to the more than $5 million already received under the Group Training Organisation Support Program.
