          <by role="member" id="3127">The Hon. G. PORTOLESI (Hartley—Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills, Minister for Science and Information Economy):</by>  I can advise:</text>
        <text id="20130705ec9df97790424c7ab0000294">From 1 August 2013, a Critical Skills Fund qualification will attract a pro rata completion payment based on the proportion of the apprenticeship or traineeship undertaken with the non Group Training Organisation employer.</text>
        <text id="20130705ec9df97790424c7ab0000295">The estimated cost of extending the Critical Skills Fund to include Group Training Organisations would be around $1.2 million per year, in addition to the more than $5 million already received under the Group Training Organisation Support Program.</text>
