          <by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts):</by>  I have been advised of the following:</text>
        <text id="20130705072e2d3ab0de4aa780000223">Budget Paper 3, pages 61 and 62, refers to distributions from Renewal SA to the government resulting from the proceeds from the future sale of assets, being land and commercial property held by Renewal SA.</text>
        <text id="20130705072e2d3ab0de4aa780000224">In terms of gross sales revenue resulting from land sales, Renewal SA's forecast sales revenue across the forward estimates is $109.3 million in 2012-13, $130.0 million in 2013-14, $136.3 million in 2014-15, $136.4 million in 2015-16, and $128.9 million in 2016-17.</text>
        <text id="20130705072e2d3ab0de4aa780000225">In addition, in terms of gross sales revenue resulting from commercial property, Renewal SA's forecast sales revenue across the forward estimates is $37.1 million in 2013-14 and $30.1 million in 2015-16.</text>
        <text id="20130705072e2d3ab0de4aa780000226">Renewal SA's property sales forecasts are in addition to other various asset sales forecast over the 2013-14 forward estimates and to be undertaken by agencies other than the Department of Treasury and Finance.</text>
        <text id="20130705072e2d3ab0de4aa780000227">Regarding the other smaller asset sales, the estimated sale proceeds from these properties are not disclosed so as to avoid prejudicing any sale process.</text>
