WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts): I have been advised of the following: The development of the email and SMS notification system for vehicle registrations, eNotice, including all internal development costs, was sourced from within existing budgets. The total cost to set up the system was $131,000. The annual recurrent cost is based on transaction volumes. The current costs are approximately $1,000 per month on existing volume of 15,000 vehicles enrolled. The annual forecast is $40,000 when the volume of vehicles enrolled reaches 100,000.
