          <by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts):</by>  I have been advised of the following:</text>
        <text id="20130705d81f784d8e134dc9b0000117">The Public Sector Grievance Review Commission (the Commission) is established under Schedule 2 of the <term>Public Sector Act 2009</term> (the PS Act). In accordance with the PS Act, the Governor may appoint a presiding commissioner and assistant commissioners to the commission on conditions determined by the Governor.</text>
        <text id="20130705d81f784d8e134dc9b0000118">The commission requires a 0.8 FTE ASO5 salary to provide administrative support ($70,000) and approximately $50,000 to cover payments to the commissioners plus sundry expenses ($5,000). This equates to a total annual cost of $125,000.</text>
        <text id="20130705d81f784d8e134dc9b0000119">During the 2012-13 financial year the commission dealt with a total of 57.</text>
