          <by role="member" id="1812">The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Treasurer, Minister for State Development, Minister for the Public Sector, Minister for the Arts):</by>  I have been advised of the following:</text>
        <text id="20130705cf1c2954ab354f3d90000111">The Public Sector Skills and Experience Retention Entitlement came into effect on 1 July 2012; however, eligible employees have only been able to access the leave from 1 July 2013.</text>
        <text id="20130705cf1c2954ab354f3d90000112">An employee may convert the entitlement to a monetary amount fixed by the regulations although this has also been in place since 1 July 2013.</text>
        <text id="20130705cf1c2954ab354f3d90000113">Due to the recent implementation, data on utilisation of the scheme is not available.</text>
