HUNTER (Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion, Minister for Social Housing, Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers):</by>  I am advised that the 2010-11 performance review of Stanhope Healthcare Services Pty Ltd (Stanhope) has been completed by the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI). The performance review notes that the reporting requirements of Stanhope have only been partially achieved, with some reports outstanding. These reporting issues continue to be followed up by the department.</text>
        <text id="201206295dcb6851af184c3290000054">Issues surrounding the standard of care provided by Stanhope in South Australia, in particular Adam House, has been noted by the department. An action plan for Adam House has been provided by Stanhope which DCSI will monitor. Stanhope will provide regular updates on their action plan to the department and also advise on other developments that may occur.</text>
